We ONLY accept PayPal payments from bidders with CONFIRMED shipping addresses in the USA.

We will ONLY ship to the shipping address that PayPal identifies as the CONFIRMED address. To help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, NO exceptions will be made.

Shipping:

All items are shipped fully insured with adult signature required. Your item will be shipped within 24 hrs after your payment has cleared (except for purchases completed on the weekends). Usually we can ship same day as long as your payment has cleared between 8am – 12pm EST.

On all purchases over $200.00 our shipping company asks that we provide them a phone number for where the item is being shipped. We will not distribute or use your phone number for any other reasons. 

Return Policy:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee including shipping for authenticity purposes only. You will need to provide proof from a credible source i.e. the designer’s boutique or high end department store. We cannot accept returns for any other reason due to possible short term personal use of the designer item. This item is being sold AS IS. We do our best to provide an accurate description. Please look at all photos and asks all questions before bidding. Please do not bid if you are not in agreement with our terms.

International Buyers:

We welcome all International bidders.. We accept PayPal on purchases made under $1000 outside of the U.S. If a Purchase is greater than $1000 Buyer must contact Finer Things Inc for Credit Card processing through our own Store Merchant Account. The buyer is responsible for all customs taxes/charges/fees /duties that may apply and shipping may take longer due to custom hold ups. We WILL NOT falsify customs forms. The winning bid amount will be used as the item value on the customs forms. Please do not bid if you do not agree with our terms.
