Shipping is by the U.S. Postal Service. Please remember that I am not responsible for the time it takes the post office to deliver your items!!! I post items within 24-48 hours after receiving cleared payment,although things do come up and occasionally it may be a bit longer. COMBINED SHIPPING I LOVE to combine shipping-it saves time and packaging materials and it saves YOU money! I will combine all auctions that are paid on the same invoice. I weigh the items and then give you a discount based on that OR I will gladly combine 2 or more auctions into a flat rate box for $8.95 and you can put as many items in there that will fit *All items MUST be paid for on the same invoice to get the discount. The returned merchandise must be contained in its original box and the tags must be attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned merchandise, unauthorized returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee plus the cost of shipping. This 50% unauthorized product term fee is equal to one half (1/2) the product cost including tax if applicable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We are happy to accommodate exchanges for reasons due to mistakes we make. If you are unhappy with your unit you can return it after approval within three days and exchanged for another One Time exchanged unit or stock credit A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if you are eligible for a refund. Your refund will be sent to you within 15 days of the time that we receive and successfully examine the unit. on exchanges, so please make sure that what you order is what you want. Unless the return is a result of a defective or miss-shipped item, you are responsible for the shipping charges that result from delivering the product back to you; you are also responsible for the delivery charges resulting from sending the package back to us. All fees specified above, except for the restocking fee, will be charged to the credit card used for original order. Prior to returning products, a RMA number must be obtained by contacting us. Please have the following information available when contacting us for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, date of invoice, and nature of problem. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Requirements for return: All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three (3) business days of receipt of order. Unit must be in original package and in perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace or think skin uncut and with tags attached) and in original packaging. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company. All returns must have an RMA number on the address label to be eligible for credit and must be returned by UPS Ground or insured mail (or you must assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment).We will not reimburse any overnight express costs. Product availability: If your order is out of stock at the time that you place your order, you will be notified for an alternate color or wig choice. On occasions, merchandise is in stock at the time that the order is placed, but is not in stock at the time of shipping. In this case, your order can be delayed. Contact our office if your order has not been received in a timely manner to check on the status. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. All products back ordered will be shipped as they become available without customer contact unless previously canceled by customer. Keep in mind that the order form must be properly completed. If there is an error in your order, there will be a delay in shipping. Do not forget to: * Include the color and head size of the wig. * Double check your credit card account number and expiration date. * Put cardholders name and billing address (we DO NOT ship to an alternate address) on the order form. * Allow an additional 3 to 15 days (to the standard shipping) for custom orders. Once production of the wig starts no refunds will be issued. If an order is canceled before production of the wig, there is a $150 per wig cancellation fee. CUSTOM WIGS REFUND POLICY: Custom lace wig orders will be designed and produced specifically for you! Which is why we CANNOT accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. Once you have placed a custom order with us for the desired unit, it is yours. If the size is to large or to small, or you decide the color(s) are not what you want then we will not honor a return/exchange based on those conditions. However, this product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects, not those due to use. Please follow our "Installation and Maintenance Guide" provided in your shipment for proper care instructions and tips. There are no exchanges or refunds on Sale, Closeout, Discontinued or Clearance items. Hair accessory product, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other haircare products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All exchanges have to be pre-authorized and multiple exchanges are not allowed. Any un-authorized returns will be refused and returned to customer at the customer’s expense. Due to the specialty of the item, all sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. We do not accept delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened at sender’s expense. Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings. In order to provide a more reliable way of updating clients about the status of their orders, and to eliminate confusion and anxiety about arrival dates of custom orders, you will receive a Start of Production email that tells exactly when your unit will begin production and the projected completion time. We will notify you as soon as your wig has arrived. Shipping Notice . All shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. We will not pay for return shipping, nor refund the original shipping charges if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise. We strongly suggest that customers also insure their package as we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and to insure items so that they are received by us in good condition. If the returned item is found to be unsuitable for re-stocking, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We currently ship all orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS) and/or United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship any order including expedited orders (i.e., next day air and 2-day shipping options) through different carriers. We may use the following carriers to ship expedited orders: USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. However, if any order is being sent to a PO Box or an APO or FPO address, it cannot be sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx and will be shipped with USPS. We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used. In order to give you the best delivery rate, some items may ship separately. For orders shipping outside the U.S., we provide UPS World Wide Priority Mail shipping. The order processing time may be extended for credit card authorization. Orders should reach your country within 6-15 business days; however, your customs office and local postal delivery may delay the actual delivery time and the Company has no control over these conditions. Any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. All purchases will be insured upon shipping. If your item is lost in transit, it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier. Customers should note that once we assign the package to our carriers, the package becomes the carrier’s responsibility and out of the control of the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for delays or lost orders, but we will make a claim with the carrier for a refund of the package. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation number to track your package (when available). However, the carrier may take up to 48 hours or longer to register your tracking information in their system so the package may already be in transit before you can trace it. The shipping and handling charge which is applied to your order is only an estimate. If the estimate does not cover the shipping cost or the correct shipping cost was not applied at checkout, you will be asked to approve charges for the shipping cost before we ship the order.
