Get ready for Halloween!! This listing is for a great Halloween craft panel. This panel makes a costume for a Little Devil. It makes a cape and hood for a Little Devil Halloween costume! It's very cute. This panel is new and ready for you to cut and sew for the special little someone in your life. This cape measure 15 inches from the bottom of the collar to the bottom edge of the cape without a hem. A hem would shorten the length of the cape. I imagine this would be good for a 3 - 5 year old child depending on their height.

The panel is one large piece of cotton fabric. This particular pattern is no longer available. This panel is made by VIP Cranston Village in 2004. It includes printed instructions on the panel but it does not list a size or age group for the cape and hood.
