Shipping & Handling

UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI) shipping & handling to all U.S.A. destinations is $4.95 for the first item, and only $2.00 each additional item. 
USPS First Class shipping & handling to Canada is $6.95 for the first item, and only $2.00 each additional item. 
We currently do not ship outside the USA and Canada.
Need it sooner?  Expedited UPS shipping methods are available during checkout (see chart below). 

We ship in durable, crush-resistant boxes with bubble wrap to protect your order!  We take great pride in making sure your order is well cared for when it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Insurance is available for $1.50 and is recommended. If you choose not to insure your items, we are not responsible or liable for damage or lost product caused during shipping.

Normal Delivery times are posted below for each shipping method available during checkout.

Payment Instructions

• We automatically email you a link to Marketworks Checkout for fast, easy, and secure payment. You may also click the checkout button in the item description above.
• We ship to the shipping address you provide during our Marketworks checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• Once you have completed checkout for any item(s) in an order, you will not be able to combine additional items.
• In the rare event items are on backorder, we will provide prompt notification and your choice of a similar replacement or refund.
• Payments must be received within 7 days of item close date, or an eBay Unpaid Items Report will be filed.  If payment is not made 7 days after the unpaid filing, the item will be cancelled and relisted.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Terms of Sale

All products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects.  All products made by Krusell carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.  Defective products returned for replacement or exchange must be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase and in original packaging, or return will not be accepted.  If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if original product is out of stock) after you have returned the product.  If you purchase a wrong item, we offer an exchange option for an item of equal or lesser value.  No refunds are offered. 

Shipping & handling is non-refundable.  Shipping charges for products returned to Wireless Accessories Inc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  Wireless Accessories Inc. will pay for shipping charges on all replacement or exchange product shipments from our Warehouse.  It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product. 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be refunded for their entire order minus returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 25% restocking fee (applied to total item price).  Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us.  If any of the above conditions apply, we provide prompt emailed notifications.
