Shipping Information (very important that you read for larger items such as 8-1 machine, Facial                                            Bed, Facial Chairs, Value Packs)

Insured shipping is within the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada is additional. Please email geri@salonstore.com for additional charges.  We cannot ship to a PO Box.  We must have a physical address.  If paying by PayPal, your confirmed address must match your shipping address,  Items shipping to Missouri will automatically add 8.75% sales tax. All orders require a phone number and contact name in case there are delivery questions.  Multiple item purchases in most cases qualify for additional freight discount. Please refer to the listing detail.  If you have questions, please email geri@salonstore.comYou will be notified by email within 24 hours of shipment with your UPS tracking number.  Larger items shipped by truck may take up to 3 days for shipping information and Pro number to track your shipment. Truck shipments require a business address and a phone number for delivery.  If your business is at your home address an additional $68.00 residential delivery fee will apply from the truck line. If a hydraulic lift gate is needed to unload the skid from truck height to ground level, an additional $100.00 fee is charged by the truck line.  If your business is inside a physician building for example with a suite number, again an additional $68.00 inside delivery fee is applicable. Finally, if a specific delivery day or appointment time is required, an additional notification fee of $36.00 will be charged.  This is applicable to all 8-1 Machines, Facial Bed, Facial Chairs, Salon Chairs or large value packs.  These items will ship on a skid and weigh in excess of 100 lbs.   To avoid additional charges, the delivery fee in the listing includes delivery to a business address that has some available to receive during normal business hours every day with preferably an unloading dock or personnel available to unload the truck.

Payments

PayPal is our preferred method of payment the quickest way to receive your item.  We ship within 24 hours of payment receipt through PayPal. Our PayPal account is geri@salonstore.com.

Return Policy

We will accept returns with a 20% restocking fee and all freight costs both on the original shipment and the return shipment.  Return payment will be sent through PayPal less the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs.   Merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Return must be received in saleable condition. Return freight is your responsibility to insure the shipment against damages.  Damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours (3 days)  of receipt by toll free phone 888-836-4645 or email geri@salonstore.com or Stockton International and SalonStore may not be held responsible damages or missing parts.

Warranty

Your new item purchase from Stockton International and SalonStore comes with a limited 1 year warranty on parts.  Parts and accessories have a 30 day warranty. Warranty does not include shipping charges to and from our repair center. Stockton International and SalonStore are not responsible for consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays.
