Since 1690, Quimper's hand-painted pottery has been made in France by Quimper artisans. This lovely Quimper towel features Quimper men and women in various country outfits: carrying flowers, hunting, smoking a pipe with a dog next to him, carrying a baby, etc plus heart symbols. The words FRANCOIS LE VILLEC QUIMPER appear on the bottom of towel.

This Quimper towel is authentic, brand new and unused. Purchased by us in France, it measures about 20.5" x 27". Label on the back says Made in France 100% coton.
