This listing is for a great and very hard to find quilt book with the following characteristics:

• It is in like new condition
• Printed in 1991
• It was never used by the owner, and we would consider it new, but she placed a sticker with her name on the back of the front cover and on the second page (please check photos 3 and 4 in the description)
• Photos in the body of the description are of the actual book you'll get
• As you can see in the photos, the front, spine, back, and contents are in excellent condition
• No written, marked, underlined, or bent pages (except for stickers)
• The book was kept in a box so shelf wear marks are almost non existent
• Paterns are intact  !!!!
• Great to add to your collection
