Return Policy

SmartHotBuys strives to describe items accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. Return of mats will ONLY be accepted if the item is defective or the incorrect mat is received. Buyer MUST notify us within three (3) days of item receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization and a free Return Shipping label will be emailed to you for return of the mat. Once the returned mat is received, the correct or new mat will be reshipped to you. The manufacturer may require an emailed photo of a defective mat, before issuing a Return Label. A custom made replacement mat may not be readily available, which will delay shipment of the replacement mat. If the mat(s) reship time is not acceptable, a full refund will be processed once the mat is verified as returned. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and your account credited. With these exceptions, returns are not allowed.
