Unique Conure Parrot
Beaded Necklace & Earrings
Bird Measures Approximately 2 & 3/4 inches long

 

This one of a kind jewelry set features a whimsical Conure - it could be a Sun Conure, or whatever you can imagine! The pendant was hand sculpted from green and brown polymer clay, with designs impressed into the wing and body for added texture. Gold metallic pigments highlight the surface lightly. The entire pieces is "antiqued" with a wash of brown acrylic and sealed. The bird has a glass bead eye.

Beautiful glass beads in complimentary shades of green, amber and brown, in various shapes including some butterflies, along with gold toned spacers are strung on a brown leather cord. The necklace will be finished to your choice of length - please let me know at the end of the auction.  The photo below shows the jewellery next to a quarter for size reference, the bird measures about 2 & 3/4 inches.

Matching lightweight dangle earrings are included, which measure about 2 & 1/4 inches.

The set comes nicely packaged and well wrapped in a jewelry box and tied with ribbon, suitable for gift giving!
This creation was hand sculpted and is sold to you directly by clay artist Alicia Merritt. Alicia has sculpted thousands of items for her customers which include collectors, boutiques, and pet lovers worldwide for over 10 years, and her work has been featured in several publications including Bird Talk magazine.
