Fancy Fairy "Ice Fairy" Dress in Velvet! White & Silver

This icey vision in silver and snowy-blue is an elemental fairy costume inspired by ice crystals, snowflakes, and freshly fallen snow. The single sleeved top is made of a comfortable, pale ice blue stretch velvet with shimmery silver fabric "icicles" at the bustline. The skirt has an angled and tattered hem, with a layer of ice blue and sheer silver. This costume is not found in many stores, in fact you won't see any of the large chains carrying it, as it is from my original design. The cut is fairly modest compared to some of the other fairy costumes made, so if you're looking for something sexy that actually has a hemline that goes past your uh, ahem, "cheeks", this dress is perfect. You can even layer another skirt underneath or striped tights to make it your own. Wings are sold seperately. If you are wondering about sizing, based on my measurements: Bust 37 inches (still a bit of room there Waist 31 inches (sometimes it's smaller if I hadn't just ate! LOL) There is still room there too, at least 2 or 3 inches Hips (at the widest) 41 inches. I was able to put the underskirt on by pulling it up over my hips. I'd say, maybe at 43 inches you'd want to put it on headfirst. This costume is stretchy, and you could probably even get away with cutting into the neckline or hem if you wanted to customize.
