All questions must be communicated before the auction ends.  Once the auction has ended all terms, conditions and pricing of the sale are final and will not be negotiated.  Form of payment must be communicated at the close of the auction.  Pay Pal payment due within 3 days. Cashier checks or Money Orders are due within 7 days.  An unpaid item dispute will be filed for non compliance.

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused in the original box or packaging with all parts instructions and paperwork within 7 days of receipt.  Once the item has been used, the sale is final and a return for a refund will not be accepted or issued.  No refunds will be given or returns accepted after 7 days of receipt unless arrangements have been made prior to the end of the 7 day limit.  Before returning an item, you must email us as to the reason of the return for us to determine the proper course of action.  Items returned without proper communication and approval will not be subject to a refund or be reshipped.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued by the same method as the payment was received.  For money orders and cashier checks, postage and the check fee will be deducted from the refund.
