Payment
We accept instant payment through your U.S. PayPal account. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay using your available on-account funds or “e-Check”.
Please Note: Payments by e-Check are not “instant” payments, and processing time is the same as writing a paper check (usually 5-7 business days). Your item will not ship until the e-Check payment has been processed and PayPal has given the “all-clear” confirmation.
Returns Policy
The “Satisfaction Guarantee” refund offer is valid for 14 calendar days from shipment date. So that the returns process can be handled smoothly and quickly, please contact me for approval and instructions prior to returning any item.

Returns of Personalized Items
If we have made a mistake, or if there is a manufacturing defect in your personalized item, then let us know right away and we will re-print and immediately re-ship your order at no cost to you (or, you may return the item at our expense and we will fully refund your money.)
If you wish to return a personalized item because you made a mistake when ordering (spelling error, wrong color, etc.) then we reserve the right to limit refunds on personalized items.
In this instance, the maximum refund for personalized items is of items is limited to $25.00.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of your order. However, please remember that we’re only human, and despite our best efforts... sometimes we may make a mistake.
In the unlikely event that something went wrong, or if there’s a problem with your purchase, we will do our best to quickly resolve everything to your satisfaction. However, you must contact us and let us know if something is wrong, otherwise we won’t be able to do anything about it.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free. Most orders are shipped by USPS “First Class” mail. Larger orders are shipped by USPS “Priority Mail”. Multiple orders that are received within a certain timeframe may be combined into a single shipment. Optional shipping insurance and shipping upgrades are available upon request and at additional cost.
We will usually ship your package within 24-48 hours of your confirmed payment. We ship Monday through Saturday (not including holidays). We ship anywhere within the United States. Sorry, we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

Some items that we sell have a “Buy-4-Get-1-Free” offer (or similar offer). This offer applies only to identical items, and cannot be a mix-and-match offer.
