What is a "Buy it Now" auction

 

Buy It Now is the simplest way to buy on eBay. It allows you to buy an item when you want it, at a known set price.

 

When you see the icon next to a listing, or see a Buy It Now price listed on an item page, the seller gives you the opportunity to purchase the item right away without waiting for an online auction to end.

 

Items that have a Buy It Now price only (no bidding) -- you can purchase the item right away.

  You can shop for your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To order product, you can click on the "Buy it Now" button from any product page. The shopping cart is automatically filled with the model number and purchase price of the product you want to purchase. If you want to buy more than one of any item, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the "Buy it Now" button.  When you have finished shopping you can purchase items by clicking on the "Checkout" button. You are responsible for all items you do on the "Buy it Now" items. You can now pay with Paypal or you can still pay over the phone by calling Andrew at 800-249-5591 Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 8-2 eastern standard time. Money Order/Cashiers Check: We gladly accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.  Instructions on where to send these types of payments will be provided upon completion of the checkout process.  All orders paid by either Money Order or Cashiers check have an extended processing of up to 10 business days or until funds clear.  All money orders and cashier checks must have an item number written on them as well as your User ID and ship-to address.  If this information is not present your order will be delayed.   WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH PAYMENTS. All winning bids on auctions must be paid within 7 days of auction close.  All non-paying bidders will receive a one time reminder after the 7 days.  If payment is not received within 48 hours of this final notification then an un-paid item strike will be issued to the winning bidder along with a negative feedback.  eBay will ban any user with multiple item strikes.

SHIPPING POLICY:                                            Most orders are processed the same day but may take up to 1 extra business day to be processed to ensure your item meets quality assurance. We use UPS Ground service to ship our products. Shipping insurance is a option and can only be purchased at time of payment checkout. If a problem should happen (loss or damage) and you do not get the insurance it is soley your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. If you do purchase the optional insurance and the product is lost or damaged we will file the claim on our end and ship a replacement within 48 hours. We only ship within the 48 Cont states to CONFIRMED addresses only and phone number must be included for efficiency.  So please do not ask us to ship to a different address than what is listed on Ebay and Paypal We do not offer combined Shipping on orders unless otherwise specified in the auction. Tracking numbers will be sent if requested in checkout notes. We are not responsible if your email account rejects any email from us as some email is sent in bulk and may be treated as spam.  We do accept local pick-ups on almost all our products.  We are not responsible for transit time once your item leaves our facility unless you contact us prior to bidding and requesting faster shipping than the ground shipping that is provided.  Buyer agrees to pay for any/all return shipping fees. We can not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes addresses. We do not ship to Canada, PR or outside the US. All items shipped do not require a signature confirmation at the confirmed destination address so if the place you want it shipped to is a bad area then change your confirmed shipping address to a area that is safe to drop off packages. We are not resposnible for lost or stolen packages.  If your package is returned, refused, or sent back to us for any reason you will be refunded your payment minus the re-stocking / return fee of ALL S&H fees associated with the auction.  There are no exceptions.  You must be responsible for the receipt of your purchase once it is shipped out to you. In many instances if an item is over sold or has a problem that will not allow us to ship the item to the winning bidder for any reason we will notify the winning bidder within 3 days of the purchase to offer you a FULL REFUND or provide you with the option to wait until the as advertised item is in stock. WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY:   Our #1 priority is the 100% satisfaction of our customer.  We offer a number of solutions to any problems that may arise in order to keep every transaction to your liking.  If you are unsatisfied with any part of your purchase please feel free to contact us for an immediate solution. All NEW products may be returned for manufacturers defects as long as there is a written email or letter from the manufacturer stating that the product is defective and (does not include liquid damage, physical abuse, or damage caused after customer use) within 7 days of delivery to you in a complete package with ALL items received by you or as stated in the auction contents area above. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return for exchange or credit.  All products that are received with missing parts or accessories will be mailed immediately upon our receipt of an email with your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and phone number along with a description of the missing item(s). Any package that is authorized for return by The Utter Guys must have the issued RMA # clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and process it. Any package that is delivered to us with out the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the packaging will unfortunately not be accepted in order to limit the amount of lost and misplaced goods. This policy is for the protection of our customers. Any problems with hardware beyond our 7 business day return policy must be taken up with the manufacturer and/or carrier/network operator. All returns that have not been authorized, such as: No One Home, Wrong Address, Package Refusal, Unclaimed, No Signature, etc. will be subject to a re-stocking / return fee of ALL S&H fees associated with the auction.

CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY:                                            All of the auctions listed by The Utter Guys clearly states what is is included with the item you are purchasing. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure that these are in the box upon opening and setting up.  Any returns for such reason will be subject to a re-stocking / return fee All winning bidders will be obligated to complete any and all transactions under eBay’s policies and guidelines associated with any auction. We can not prevent you from bidding or buying multiple items so we ask that you pay close attention to how many products you are bidding on or buying, as you will be responsible for the payment of all items won on eBay. All of our prices are disclosed plainly and clearly in all of our auctions. If you are at all unsatisfied with any cost associated with any item please do not bid or buy.
