We say Plastron, your coach says underarm protector. "A rose by any other name is just a rose"-Shakespeare.

But regardless of what you call it, you need it for competition ! Chest protectors on the other hand aren't required, but they should be! The plastic offers another layer of protection against those hard blades being aimed at your chest!

Required to be worn in all competitions and recommended to be worn all of the time. No, not all of the time, just when you are fencing. You will like our cotton, tough under arm protector made in the USA!

Its reversiable so if your right handed or left handed you can use it with no problems!
