This guitar is in very nice shape, with no major blemishes. I've included a link with all of the technical information, as well as several reviews.  It looks great, and sounds great.  For the price, its a steal.

The case comes with it.  If you haven't seen one of these cases before, they are very light, and do a great job of protecting your guitar.  This one has a couple of screws that have pulled loose on the bottom side.  It still looks pretty good, and is very functional.

 Q: Hello. When I study the photo of the back of your 12 string, I see what looks like some large red alphabet letters (on the left side on the back). Please advise. Thanks
A: Yes, sorry about that. The pictures were taken in my son's bedroom. It has a dog theme, and "WOOF" is spelled out in big red letters on the wall. What you see is that reflection in the guitar.
