BRIDGE PLATE NOT INCLUDED

This TYPE of Brass Saddles were developed to allow for proper intonation of your guitar's vintage style three saddle bridge by angling the saddles and allowing for proper string length on all six strings... This is much better than the six saddle bridge because the force of two strings pressing down on each saddle actually creates much better sustain than each string having it's own saddle... .. This style saddle is now preferred by pros and guitar techs in all types of music.... I have sets of these on my favorite Axes, too.... They stay in tune all the way up the neck and I don't have to change them over to a six saddle bridge... They look vintage but Play modern.

These saddles are a cut above most others... They have a nice satin finish for a warm feel and appearance.

The center saddle is Ground to any/all/YOUR Fretboard Radius and to the Proper Angle on the ends so that these saddles fit together better!

The saddles make better contact with each other and make a tight fit.. This Also allows better string alignment over the saddle.... The adjustment screws on these saddles are a better fit and that keeps things tighter together in the bridge area..

Tighter Bridge = Better Sustain!

The tighter everything is in the bridge area, the better. Ideally, a guitar would be one single piece of resonant material. Since this is impractical, the only way to virtually achieve this is to make all of the parts fit together tightly to enhance the transfer of resonant vibrations throughout the whole structure. These Compensated Saddles, with their tighter fit together and closer screw-to-saddle machining is now the best scenario for 3 saddle guitars.
