9. You must have PayPal to bid on our items! We just want to know that you are going to pay for the gear you bid on. We will accept other forms of payment from US BIDDERS (email us for the okay). All international bidders must use PayPal!

8. Our shipping costs are for the postage or FedEx PLUS our shipping materials and Insurance too! We know you all think the Bubble Wrap Fairy comes around every night and leaves a roll or two under our pillows and then Santa Claus picks everything up in his sleigh for free delivery but the reality is we DO have to pay for our boxes, bubble wrap, ink, tape, etc. We insure every item we ship.

7. We ship quickly, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! We know you want to get your hot hands on your new gear so we get it to you as quickly as we can. We package right up until FedEx pulls into our driveway.

6. Yes, we ship internationally! Read below for the list of where we will (and will not) ship. You do have to realize that all customs fees, taxes, import duties and whatever other fee your country comes up with is YOUR responsibility. We also cannot control the USPS or Customs on transit time.

We can’t be at the computer 24/7 and do take Fridays and Saturdays off. We were both chained to our old jobs and missed out on a lot of our kids’ things, let us enjoy them now and please wait for a reply to your emails on Sundays after our “weekend”. While we know you want a fast reply on Friday and Saturday, we are only human and do the best we can.

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and ship only to the confirmed address on file with PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks from PayPal account holders. If you are a long time buyer of ours please contact us so that we can waive that requirement for you. Checks are held for 10 days for clearance.

Shipping: U.S (lower 48) Everything over 2 lb. goes FedEx. Everything under 2lb goes USPS. All items are insured.

Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping includes our packaging material and insurance.

AK, HI, PR: Email us for shipping costs. Your rates are higher than the lower 48.

Shipping Insurance: We insure all items. Should an item arrive damaged we need the original package and packaging material. We will send a call tag from FedEx. Failure to include the original packaging will void the insurance claim. Damaged items must be returned to us.

Signature Requirement: We require a signature for all items shipped FedEx. If you won’t be around when the item arrives please let us know when you make payment so that we can waive the signature. FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box, we need a street address when you make payment.

Local Pickup: We offer local pickup on our guitars/luthier guitars and drum sets only. Smaller items will be shipped. We meet at a location close to our home and don’t allow buyers to come to our home. We do local pickups on Mondays and Wednesdays after 2:30 p.m.

*Shipping: International We do not ship to the following: Quebec, Middle Eastern Nations, Africa, Russia. Absolutely no exceptions. You are not qualified to bid on our items and any payments you make will be refunded and your bids reported to eBay. We cannot ship to another (US) address.

*Wait for an invoice from us. The automated invoice sent by eBay reflects US shipping charges.

*All import fees including Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We suggest you contact your local Customs Office for more details on cost.

*International shipping takes time. Please allow for transit plus the time your item sits in Customs for clearance.

*All items are insured. If, in the unlikely case, your item arrives damaged please allow us the time to file a claim with the insurance broker. We will instruct you on how to proceed.

*Lying on a Customs form is a felony. Do not ask us to lie on the Customs form. This a violation of the eBay User Agreement and we do report all such requests.

Correspondence: Please use the Ask Seller a Question on the auction listing. After an auction ends you will need to continue corresponding through the eBay Messages as eBay needs documentation of all correspondence. We answer emails as quickly as we can but aren’t on the computer 24/7.

Final Notes: While we are a “mom and pop” operation of two people we do a large volume. We leave a lot of the tasks to eBay’s automation with reminders, notices, invoices, etc. We do file Unpaid Item Reminders and we do leave Feedback as soon as feedback is left for us. This is not “extortion” or “hostage holding”, rather due to volume it is a feature we must rely on. Before leaving neutral or negative Feedback please give us the courtesy of contacting us. We feel we provide Five Star service and hope you will give us the Five Star Rating. With the new eBay 2.0 those neutrals hurt our scores (and our feelings) and low Detailed Seller Stars have a negative effect as well. An eBay 3 Star Rating is not the same as most other 3 Star ratings.
