This is a brand new 40" FLAME STYLE GITANO THINBODY acoustic electric guitar model no. SF24 in CHERRY SUNBURST FINISH.

This is a thinbody 2 1/4" body depth /thickness, small and light weight. Beautiful and very well made, good and strong construction with a lot of artistic attention to detail, such body purfling, cutaway style (to better access lower frets), binding material and MOP diamond inlays.

Don't be fooled with other cheap China factory lower quality material. Our guitar has higher quality craftmanship, wood material and hardware parts like tuning machine etc. That's what separate us from other price orientated sellers. We focus more on sound quality as end result.

SHIPPING/ HANDLING: A flat rate of $32 for all 48 lower states, insurance included except on FREE SHIP item. Cost of sh/h to HI, AK, PR, GU and APO address is $48 via USPS Priority Mail. We DO NOT ship to PO BOX address as we use UPS ground shipment, unless you upgrade to USPS Priority shipment for $48. Pls be reminded that guitar shipment is an oversize box and these charges reflect the cost of shipping, material and labor for safe delivery to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: All international shipment is shipped via USPS Priority Mail/ EMS and is scheduled 2 times a week. For exact sh/h cost, please use Ebay shipping calculator or contact us after sales. Please be aware that you are responsible for all TAXES, CUSTOM/ BROKERAGE and DUTY required for your shipment when item entered the country. Sometimes, item may get on hold on custom for any reason longer than expected, and it is beyond our ability to access. Please contact your local postal service for any additional inquiry.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: We try to ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days after payment is accepted and cleared. You will receive an automatic notification for your tracking information on your registered Paypal account. However, some item may require longer time due to the needs for our tech to make adjustment/ setup necessary for the guitar. Pls inquire about the status of your shipment if you do not hear from us within 1 week. UPS delivery time is usually between 5-8 business days.

DAMAGE: Pls report any shipping damage immediately so we can file claim to UPS right away. Pictures of damage will be required for our claim procedures and send it to us by email to: greatinstruments@sbcglobal.net . Do not throw away any shipping material. We will process your replacement item within 2-3 days.

RETURN/ REFUND: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our guitar, you have 7 days to return it. You will need a return authorization number and shipping information to send it back. IF you send it back without RMA number, we will charge you 15% restocking fee. Pls note that sh/h cost are non refundable and you are responsible to ship it safely in its original condition.

COMMUNICATION: We require a minimum of 24 hours to reply your email.
