Fender VINTAGE 1962 JAZZMASTER !!!!

This is a ALL original 1962 Fender Jazzmaster,Custom color, LAKE PLACID BLUE with a matching headtsock and a hard to find SLABOARD !! This is  true GEM and a blast from the past with a terrific Dark Brazilian fingerboard with clay dots. All plastic nicely greened. Has stackpole pots dated the 30th week of 1962!!!! The Blue color is still STRONG on the body and the headstock as well. Has the clean original single line Kluson tuners. This baby weighs in at 7 lbs 10 oz's on our digital scale. The final touch is the original CREAM TOLEX hardshell case. Has the Trem arm as well. This great guitar has a whole lota character and typical players wear with some dings but overall very good condition. Additional pictures are available.Please contact us at 516-826-2525 regarding pickguard removal.This is the original Nitrate pickguardand currently has no cracks or repairs.It shows some signs of shrinkage and believe if removed,it may not go back on neatly.This is a requent problem with jazzmasters because of the pickup shape.The guard can be lifted slightly to view the electronics including pot dates.There are no routes.The guitar has been in my possession since before people did that sort of stuff.
