3 days after the buyer receives it | If this item is NOT to your satisfaction, it may be returned at your expense. You must ship the item back to me USPS Insured. Upon receipt of the return, I will issue a check or credit (depending on how it was paid for) for the amount of the bid price only. If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the carrier to have a claim made. I will issue a refund or a replacement once I have the claim form in my hands and not before. I must be notified with 48 hours of receipt of intent to return or that the item is damaged. |
