This is a very lovely laying fawn figurine from Fenton Art Glass. It was in production in the 1970s and 1980s, and is seen here in satin custard glass with the Pink Blossom design hand painted on it. This is a particularly nice pattern - the small pink flowers sparkle because of the addition of tiny specks of glass on them. Fenton called this technique "icing".

The figurine has one pinpoint nick on the bottom edge near the tail - it looks like a wee sparkle in the last photo - but is otherwise in excellent condition with no damage.  It measures 3 1/2" L x 2 1/2" W x 3 3/4" tall, and is signed on the bottom by the Fenton artist D. Kyle (Deb).
