Vaseline Topaz Opalescent Hobnail Footed Melon Candy Jar Rare Vaseline Topaz Opalescent Hobnail Footed Melon Candy Jar #389 in MINT condition. Produced in early 1930's Vaseline Melon Footed Candy is very, very scarce ~ rare and hard to find, even here on Ebay. This lovely, Grand old lady is in MINT condition with no chips, cracks, dings, flea bites, or repairs of any kind. All 4 tabs are present on the lid and in pristine condition. She measures approximately 6-1/2" wide by 7" tall. Substantial vintage piece weighing over 2 lbs. unpackaged. Pictured on page 124 of John Walk's "Fenton Glass Compendium 1940-1970" the bottom "only" in Topaz Opalescent valued at $400.00 this price reflects the value of the candy with its lid.
