AVAILABLE ONLY AT SIGNING EVENTS IN THE SPRING OF 2006

Made from Topaz Opalescent glass with a hand-applied Cobalt Blue edge, this Fenton Art Glass product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans at their plant in Williamstown, West Virgina.


The bowl is made with a special glass formula that has been prized by collectors for over a century.  Many call this glass color "Vaseline" and display their collections under ultraviolet illumination (black light) to enjoy the fluorescent glow of the glass.

The mould employed in pressing this piece originated at the Imperial Glass Corp in Bellaire, OHIO, where it was used to make tumblers, during the late 1930s.  At Imperial, the pattern was called "No.166 Old English." 

This is the first time it has been used in making of this bowl. It measures about 4 inches tall and about 5 inches across.  It is also signed by Mike Fenton at our signing event which was held AT OUR STORE  on May 21st of 2006. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to differences in Computer Monitors, resolution settings, color settings, and lighting available when taking the picture there of, the picture may not represent the true color of the actual piece you receive.  We do the best we can to duplicate the actual picture to the actual piece that we are showing in this listing, however there are too many variables that we can not control.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

The shipping and handling charge will be FREE for Continental USA shipping addresses.  Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $5.00.  Shipping will include the insurance  It will be shipped USPO Priority Insured.   Because of the price of gas, we are shipping on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY.     Minnesota residence pay an additional 7.125% sales tax

 

RETURN POLICY:

Item will have my initials on it & clear mailing label over it to protect it from being rubbed off. If this item is  NOT as described, it may be returned at your expense as long as my initials and label are still intact. You must ship the item back to me USPO Insured. Upon receipt of the return, I will issue a check or credit (depending on how it was paid for) for the amount of the bid price only. If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the PO. to have a claim made.  I will issue a refund or a replacement once I have the claim form in my hands and not before.  I must be notified with 48 hours of receipt of intent to return or that the item is damaged.
