SHIPPING IN THE USA:

Shipping rates are listed at the bottom of this page.  Optional insurance available. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or FedEx Ground for Heavier orders. All orders will have delivery confirmation and or a tracking number. We also offer Express delivery.   If you are a local customer and prefer to pick the order up at our local store, you will be charged a $2 handling fee and the shipping fee will be waived.  You must contact us 48 hours prior to pick up.
Most Domestic orders will leave our Warehouse within 2 to 4 business days of receipt of payment excluding Holidays.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We ship to Canada First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Note to Canadian Buyers Only:  
Shipments via First Class International typically take up to 3-4 weeks due to the slow Canadian customs process, so if you need your item sooner please choose the Express delivery during checkout.

SHIPPING  INTERNATIONAL:
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE via First Class International Mail with the following exceptions: 

We will NOT ship to Mexico or Romania
NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to outrageous rates and paperwork, we do not offer insurance to international customers. If you add insurance costs to your order, it will not be refunded. Sorry we will not mark as gift. 
Most International orders will leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment.

International orders over $150 must be sent via express mail if you choose to pay via paypal.  If paying by money order it can be shipped regular airmail.

International Shipping Costs DO NOT include duty taxes.  You will be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package based on your countries rates.  Sorry we WILL NOT mark as a gift in any circumstance!

Insurance is optional.  Insurance costs $1.30 for the first $100 excluding shipping and 1.30 for every $100 above. Example $150 worth of product equals $1.95 insurance.

The highest shipping cost will be paid in full. All items MUST be paid for at the same time! If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the shipping discount.  There are no exceptions! Items can be combined for up to 7 days from the date/time your first item ends. When you have completed shopping for all items, click on the Checkout button to view your cart and calculate the combined shipping discount.   You must pay within 7 days from the time your 1st item ends.

If you choose to pay via paypal, we have the right to decline payments with unconfirmed addresses in certain situations.  You will be notified if this should occur.

You will receive an email with payment instructions. For your convenience, we accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, Paypal and US issued Visa and MasterCard.  We DO NOT accept foreign currency or personal checks.

To checkout, you must use our Checkout to view your shopping cart.  Click on the Checkout Button.   If you have multiple items you must wait to checkout after your final purchase if you want the combined shipping discount.  (See below for more info)

We do not accept payments from Romania or Mexico.

We will offer returns for store credit on Buy It Now items only (View details). If you win by bidding in an auction, it will not be eligible for a return. We are not responsible for items that do not fit. Please read "About Our Products" for more information on refunds and returns. Items may arrive with minor warehouse markings that will come out when washed.

Refunds and Promo Codes will be processed within 10 business days from receiving the item back to our location.
