Payment Policy:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders & personal checks (10 business day bank hold). Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. We only accept Paypal payments from buyers with a confirmed Paypal address. If submitting payment via Paypal, we will only ship to your confirmed Paypal address. If you prefer to ship to an alternative address, please send payment via money order or check. We do not accept Paypal or checks for local pick-up, cash only. All checks require a 10 business day bank hold prior to shipping, no exceptions. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

International Bidders:
We do not ship internationally, please do not place a bid or ask for exceptions! No bids will be accepted from any international bidder.

Tax:
All Texas residents will be charged sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. If tax exempt, you will need to provide proof.

Shipping Policy:
We use UPS as our preferred shipper except for media mail which is shipped via the U.S. post office. We charge a flat rate for all of our shipping services. We will ship to P.O. Boxes but the shipping rate may change because rates stated in listings are based on UPS rates. We use high quality packaging materials to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely. Merchandise will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days after receipt of payment confirmation. Insurance is required on all winning bids over $100.00. The appropriate insurance rate can only be determined upon completion of the auction. Please request an updated invoice with the correct insurance rate applied after close of auction and prior to submitting payment. Please see insurance rate chart below. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250 - no exceptions. The shipping rate stated in the listing is only for the continental U.S.A. Additional shipping fees will apply for any items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico - please email us to get shipping rate.

Combined Shipping:
We will be happy to combine shipping. Email us after the completion of the auctions and we will be happy to combine them into one invoice to save on shipping.

Local Pick-up:
We are located in Rowlett, Texas 75088 - Please contact us moore3913@tx.rr.com or call us @ 972-463-3737 if you would like to arrange pick up of your item. All local pick-ups will be charged sales tax and buyers are required to sign for merchandise. We do not accept Paypal or checks for buyers requesting local pick-up. We only accept cash at time of pick-up, no checks or money orders, no exceptions! Please bring exact purchase amount + sales tax, we do not keep change on the premises. Buyers are solely responsible for loading merchandise.
