PayPal is our preferred method of payment. However, if you use a PayPal ECheck, please be aware that it may take several days to clear at PayPal. They will not even allow us to print out a shipping label till it clears. As soon as we get the email from them that your payment has cleared, we will ship your item. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks for payment.

Refunds
We will accept returns within seven days if you are unhappy with an item.
We will refund your purchase price only, shipping will not be refunded.
Please note that there is also a Limited LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on these hangers. 
 
 
Shipping terms
We can only ship these hangers via UPS in the United States. Please note that UPS will not ship to USPS Post Office Box addresses. We will need a physical address to ship to. If you pay by PayPal, and your confirmed address is a PO Box, please include the physical address in the notes section of the PayPal payment form.
We will also ship internationally, but if you are not in the US you need to email us BEFORE you bid, to find out what your shipping costs will be. Items will usually be shipped no later than 2 days after payment is received. We ship every weekday and Saturdays so you can be assured that your item will reach you quickly.

Dear Cindy,

I just have to let you know that your hangers are the best! No more bumps or "mountain peaks" on any of my clothing's shoulders. No more clothes laying on the floor. When I gentle wash my clothes and hang them up to dry, they keep their nice shape. But the best part I love the most, is that the very cute, short jackets, (usually only have one button) now keep their shape! It's the best!

These hangers are a must have in any household! I even hang scarves in the holes to keep them straight. Especially cashmere, after the drycleaners. No more wire hanger lines on my scarves! 

Here is another idea for you. I put those 3M hooks on there, so if I have a set (skirt with shirt or sweater), I can hang the skirt with the Shirt. Saves space, and the set is together. I won't go back to the regular hangers. Well worth the money, and I can only tell you, try them. You can't wait for the second shipment to come if you only ordered 10!
