Product Condition:
Retail Surplus sells retail returns, overstock and clearance goods. The text to the right of the auction image classifies each item.
New means that all accessories are included and sealed in their original packaging.
Looks New means the item should function properly and the outer packaging may be worn and re-tapedand. However, because the item was opened and returned, there may be evidence of minor use, scuff marks and scratches outside the viewing area. Also, some accessories may be missing and will be at the discretion of the winning bidder to replace at his/her own expense. Since we do not do a detail inventory of the box, we do not know what, if any, accessories are missing
Payment:
We accept only PayPal (Confirmed Addresses Only) and Visa, MC, Discover(US Issues Only).
Confirmed Address or Bill to address must be used at time payment
All items must ship to the billing address of the credit card or PayPal Confirmed address used for purchase.
We do not accept Money Orders, Checks, or American Express.
Sales tax charged in CA,GA, OH and PA. In accordance with the California recycling policies, a recycling fee is included for any product which includes an LCD or CRT.
Payment is due within 7 days of auction ending.
You must use the payment link that will be sent to you in our winning bid notification. This email will contain all necessary payment instructions and pick up details. If you do not receive this email within a hour of the auction closing, please contact us at retailsurplus@genco.com. Pick-up Details: Customer Pick Up:
Contact us, at shippingsupportrs@genco.com, to schedule a pick up date and time and supply us with the name of the person picking up the item.
Pick Up date MUST BE 48 hours after payment clear date.
The Pick up Date must be scheduled within 3 days of the payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.
Any order paid for on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday WILL NOT be ready for pick up until the following Tuesday.
Pick-up will be available by appointment only Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
Before the merchandise is released we will ask for photo identification and copies of the RetailSurplus Payment Thank You and pick up confirmation emails.
Carrier Pick Up:
Contact us, at shippingsupportrs@genco.com, to get your shipping rate.
Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of the order payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.
Once the shipping fee is paid, the pick up date will be scheduled 24 - 48 hours after the payment clear date.

**Note: Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipment refusals.
Return Policy:
If an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us, at retailsurplus@genco.com, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item in not available, we will refund your total payment.
Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected.
Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for items with minor scuffs and/or scratches outside the viewing area.
Once the 48 hour window has passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds.
Customer Care:
Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm EST.
We send an e-mail to the winning bidder within a hour after the end of the auction.
After your payment clears, we e-mail you an order confirmation and invoice.
We e-mail an order shipment confirmation and link to the UPS tracking system.
