2. How many can I buy?

Qualified End Users can only buy one (1) per year. 

3. Can I purchase this software for my child or other family member?

Yes, you can purchase academic software for another individual, such as a family member if they are a student or faculty member.  Please let us know that you are purchasing for your family member, then send in his/her academic information.

4. What's the difference between Academic Software and Commercial Software?

These programs are functionally identical to the commercial versions and contain all the features. As a qualified educational customer, you are eligible to purchase software at academic discounts.

5.  Are your software legal, licensed software?

Yes. We are an authorized educational dealer for all Microsoft Software listed on eBay. You will receive a sealed item with manufacturer's warranty.

6.       What if I buy it and I don’t qualify to buy the software, you will still ship it to me, right? 

Wrong!  We value our business relationship with Filemaker and have and agreement with them to only sell to Qualified End Users.    Please do not give us bad feedback for this, we are doing honest business!!

7.       If I don’t qualify for the purchase, will I get a refund?

SHIPPING
We ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible.  Our shipping fee is a flat fee of $9.95 plus $1.00 insurance.  Keep in mind that weekends slow things down a bit.  Most of our shipments ship via UPS or USPS.  We DO NOT ship out of the United States.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
