The original case and instruction manual are included with the game discs. The case is in very good condition with no cracks and a few very light scratches. The instruction manual is like new. The game is on 3 discs : disc 1 is like new, disc 2 & 3 have a few very light surface scratches... near mint condition. It's an adult owned game. The game works perfectly well.
