Your item(s) will be shipped with registered airmail (signature required) which normally takes 7-14 business days to arrive, but sometimes delivery time can be less or more depending on real situation. Buyer should contact us to upgrade to speedpost (and pay for the additional fee) if he is very care of delivery time or demand for a detail delivery status. This is because speedpost can support up-to-date online tracking.
Please note our items are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish & painting may occur; these are not considered as manufacturer's defects. Or, if packaging is arrived with dents, scratches, deformed, etc, they are also not our responsibility. If buyer absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own. Or, he should contact us to use custom packaging (buyer need to pay for any additional fee due to over-packaging).
