RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer prior to purchase. Customer can return the item for replacement if incorrect item is received or the item arrived damaged or defective.

The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to us. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, we will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the customer for the return. The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, we will not process the return.

We try to help with technical questions to the best of our knowledge. However, our order operators are not trained to offer technical or requirement advice; therefore, they will not be held liable for misinformation.

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, RMA number and a detailed description of the problem with the return. Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to arrive at our Returns Department, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return is usually processed within 7-14 days after receipt of the item.
 
We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
 
If customer has opened any software package that requires activation, we will only replace the disk(s) and will ask customer to use the same activation code.
