If you feel that the cloth you purchase is not as functional and need a replacement.  All you have to do is mail the cloth to our return and exchange department.  All you have to pay is the shipping and handling fee of $3.00 per cloth to cover our costs.  We will recycle the one you used and mail you a new one within 5 business days.

Return Policy:

All Sales are final, only refund based on authentication.  Bidder have 3 days after receipt of good to verify authenticity if in doubt.  If you can prove our merchandise is not authentic, not only full amount refund, but also shipping and all test related expanse will be included in the refund.

If you are ONLY unsatisfied with the condition of the item, you can send us an email within 48 hours, WE WILL DETERMINE WHAT TO DO NEXT, either refund or exchange.

If exchange, the item has to be in it's original condition.  There will be a charge of 10% restocking fee and shipping cost for both way.

We accepts returns under the following conditions:  The original purchase price will be refunded minus S&H  and a 12% restocking fee.  All shoes returns will be subject to a refund minus the S&H and a 5% restocking fee.  All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please contact us if you have further questions.
