If you have any problems with your Item, you must contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery of the product. Concerns brought to our attention after the 5 day grace period will not be processed.

Bidders outside the 48 continental United States please contact seller for shipping/handling cost and payment procedures. Canadian customers please add $20.00 to US shipping price. Please check-out using the eBay check out as all items will be shipped to the address provided in eBay. We do not combine shipping on auctions and items. Insurance is optional. You MUST ask for insurance price and pay for it BEFORE the item is shipped. All refused shipments are non refundable. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.

1.If you receive a wrong or defective item please email your seller for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 5 days of receiving the package.
2. Returns must be received by Infinity Inc. within 14 calendar days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return. Limited warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from Infinity Inc.
3. PRODUCT CONDITION. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Infinity Inc.
4. PACKING AND SHIPPING. Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer's carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RA# on 2 sides of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
5. REPLACEMENTS. For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
6. NO REFUNDS

We know it reflects how happy our customer are. Although we know 100% positive isn't possible, we maintain it as our goal, and will do anything to keep you, the customer happy and satisfied. If you have any problem, please contact us! We feel there is no reason to leave a negative-any problem can be remedied! Negatives are permanent, problems are easily fixed no one benefits with a negative and unhappy transation.
