AUCTION:	Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 2 days of the end of the auction and/or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. Buyers with negative or no feedback are subject to rejection by seller. International customers are subject to address and finance checks and can also be rejected at sellers discretion.

SHIPPING:	All orders shipped inside the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping is calculated by zip code and is located at the bottom of the auction page. Larger items will be shipped via common carrier and costs will be determined after sale. Questions regarding shipping costs outside of the US will require the FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS. Our software will not give us a cost without an actual address. Auctions shipped outside the continental US are more and will be determined at the end of sale. If you want to know an international shipping cost sooner, please email us with your full shipping address and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote. Orders are generally shipped on the day of or after full payment is received*. If PayPal is used, order will be shipped out once payment has been confirmed and cleared. Money Order and Cashiers check sales will ship once money order or check has been processed (usually 1-4 days after receiving). Our professional in-house shipping department guarantees your item to be packed with care and excellence. We use grade A bubble wrap, peanuts and boxes selected to fit your item perfectly. Orders shipped outside the continental US are subject to additional taxes, duties and other charges. SMT Corp is not responsible for these fees. Please note that we will not accept back or issue refunds on items that are sent out and denied due to these charges.

RETURN POLICY:	Returns for full refund, only accepted for items shipped incorrectly or non-working items if notified within 3 days of receipt unless item is otherwise indicated by "Sold As Is". After 3 days from receipt, NO returns will be issued or accepted. We base receipt of when UPS tracking service files a "delivered" status. All sales are final. If a return is requested, you will be issued an RMA from SMT Corp with further details. Items being returned must be shipped UPS Ground; all others will be rejected. Buyer pays all shipping charges.
