Shipping charges:  We charge actual postage plus $1.30 regardless of the number of items in your order.  This covers our packing supplies and Delivery Confirmation.  Make the most of your shipping dollars by purchasing everything you need in one shipment.

International sales: We ship to several countries outside of the US. It is important to note that any Custom's fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country will be paid by you when you pick up your packages.  Your purchase information is submitted electronically to the Postal Service. We can't alter purchase prices or mark items as gifts.

Return Policy: Your 100% satisfaction is our passion! If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. That's the Golden Rule Policy. Change your mind? Just return the item unaltered within 14 days. We'll cheerfully refund your purchase price.

Hours: We are normally staffed Monday through Friday 7:30 am until 3:30 PM MST; Saturday 7:30 until noon; closed Sundays and holidays. Shipping pick-ups are at 11:30 daily but if possible, we make a second run later in the afternoon.
