Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping on auctions that are similar and end on the same day. Our first priority is to a shipping method that gets your new purchase to you safely / undamaged.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your item will be professionally packaged and shipped generally within 3 business days of receiving your payment. A tracking number is emailed to you once the carrier has logged it into their system; this is a notification to you that your item is on its way.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Each item is different, based on weight, package dimensions, distance and carrier service level (Ground, Same Day, etc..). Handling charges are included in the total shipping amount in the calcualtor.
Do you ship internationally?
Most items, yes. There are items that because of size, carriers will not ship internationally. And there are categories that your country does not allow.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. What does "Powered tested only" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

We gladly accept all forms of payment through PayPal or money orders in US Funds only. An electronic invoice will be sent to you once the auction has closed.

Shipping Info
Domestic S&H: All Packages 3 lbs. or more will be carried by DHL at the same rate as quoted by UPS in the eBay Shipping Calculator. Packages 2 lbs. or less have the option of delivery by DHL at the same rate as quoted by UPS or USPS Priority Mail as quoted in the eBay Shipping Calculator. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
International S&H: All Packages will be carried by DHL, contact us service@dropnsell.com for a shipping quote. Please include your Country and Postal Code. We will respond with the shipping quote within one (1) business day. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Canada S&H: All Packages will be carried by DHL at the same rate as quoted by UPS Standard to Canada in the eBay Shipping Calculator; no additional brokerage fees will apply to your shipment, however normal taxes and duties will apply. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Confirmed Address: We reserve the right to refuse to ship to unconfirmed addresses to protect our buyers. If you do not have a confirmed address or would like your package shipped to another address please email us at service@dropnsell.com addressing the reason for not shipping to a confirmed address.
Handling Fees: A nominal handling fee for professionally packaging is included in the shipping figure on your invoice and is also included in the shipping quote through the eBay calculator in the auction.
Insurance: PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use an insurable shipping service level for all shipments. Insurance is included on Packages Carried by DHL with Items valued (Final Sale Price) under $100. All Packages Carried by DHL with Items valued (Final Sale Price) over $100 requires additional insurance, which will be added to your invoice. All Packages Carried by USPS requires insurance for the value (Final Sale Price), which will be added to your invoice.
Local Pick-up: Please contact us at service@dropnsell.com or 936-494-4499 to arrange pick up of your item at our store.
All local pick-ups will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales Tax: Will be added to all purchases Shipped or Delivered to a location in Texas or Local Pick Up.
Return Info
We go to great lengths to insure that your item is accurately described. If we do not accurately describe an item it qualifies for a 100% full Refund of the Final Sale Price + the Original Shipping Cost. Example; if an Item is described as Working and it is received and it does not work, or the Item is described as an Authentic / Genuine and it is received and it is not Authentic / Genuine. Statements of the Cosmetic Condition of an Item are merely an Opinion and since Opinions can vary dramatically between two parties the difference of Opinion of an Item’s Cosmetic Condition will not qualify as an inaccurate description. Other wise all items are sold AS IS, no warranties are offered or implied and all sales are final unless the item is Inaccurately Described. In the rare chance you receive an item that is not accurately described you must contact us at service@dropnsell.com within 3 days of the delivery of the item to request a 100% Full Refund. You will be given a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions, write this number in bold on the outside of the package. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, which may include additional insurance (see insurance shipping requirements). The Item must be in the original condition and professionally packaged to insure that it arrives in the original condition. The shipper is responsible for claims with the carrier for any loss or damage during return shipping. Once the items security code is verified and a visual inspection confirms the item is in the same condition as sent out, your PayPal account will be refunded for the auction amount plus original shipping less any insurance. |
