A frame house- closes & carries nicely with sturdy handle.  (when open the door comes off)

Litho's in excellent shape- small ripple upper right side of brick floor door)

bell rings, all doors work & slide properly 

very clean excellent over all condition.

Comes with the following:

1 red four seater car- perfect condition

2 lawn lounger chairs- excellent

2 yellow chairs-excellent

1 picnic table- great litho

3 pieces for bunc beds- sponge mattress tough shape (missing)

2 grills - 1 is missing leg. 1 litho a tiny messed up.
