Torsion Balance

Up for auction is a Fisher Scientific Torsion Balance in decent used cosmetic condition.  The outside of the unit has a few rust spots here and there, but overall the unit is in good condition.  Please refer to the provided pictures for details.

We opened the torsion balance and fiddled with the balances.  Not much happened with the device, so we were not sure if it was functioning correctly or not.  I believe this unit is at least partially broken and will be sold for parts.  Due to the fact that we did limited testing to the item, we must sell the item as is.
