Payment Policy -
Culinary Kingdom accepts online payments through Paypal. We accept direct payments by Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card over the phone. Mail payments are accepted by money order or cashier's check, only. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made in 7 days from purchase.
Shipping Policy -
Shipping is always FREE to the continental or "lower 48" United States via Fed Ex Ground. Orders over $450 ship FREE to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $450, Hawaii and Alaska residents must email or call for shipping quotes and place orders via the phone. Shipping to PO or APO Boxes denotes special handling and may require an extra charge. Culinary Kingdom may not ship some products out of the country or to U.S. Territories. We sometimes can ship mutiple items in the same box. We make exceptions on some items. Please email or call BEFORE PURCHASING TO MAKE SURE the item or items you want can be shipped to your address and what the extra shipping cost or lead time may be.
Expedited Shipping - Most orders will be shipped the next business day by Fed Ex Ground. We CANNOT guarantee delivery times on shipments. Please email or call us for Federal Express Overnight, 2 or 3-Day quotes.
Damaged Items -
If your order arrives damaged, contact us IMMEDIATELY. You must report any damaged or defective item within three (3) business days. We will notify Fed Ex and set up a damage call tag to pick up the damaged item. It is VITAL that you retain all original boxes, packaging and packing materials to expedite and insure your replacement or refund of that item. We will replace or refund the item at our option. Any deviation from this procedure may void your insurance protection on the item.
What is a Paypal Unconfirmed Address and how does it affect me?
A Paypal Unconfirmed Address is a shipping address that does not MATCH your credit card or bank billing address. If your payment shows up as an e-check, we will manually accept the Unconfirmed Address and wait until the e-check clears. If it shows as an instant payment, we reserve the right to reject the payment, depending on your Ebay Feedback, identity verification and amount of purchase. The same applies to credit card payment by phone. (See Gifts). You may mail an order in if you wish to send it to a different address from your billing address and we cannot get adequate identity verification.
