The shipping fee includes the postage as well as a charge for handling.

Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

We're happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive the defective item from us, provided that receipt of the returned item.

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for returns to be accepted. Customers must return items at their own cost.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

We would strongly suggest that a ‘certificate of posting’ should be obtained from the post office when returning goods.

If the item was purchased by mistake, we will refund your payment in full (excluding 20% restocking fee) providing the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.

Please be advised that in the event of a negative feedback left for us with abandon and or before giving us a chance to resolve any type of issue related to our products and services, the above-mentioned warranty will be rendered voided immediately.
