Note all items are sold as is:  In some cases this means that the item may no longer be shrink-wrapped or in the case of blister packs that they may have separated from the backing.

Payment:  We accept Paypal.  We do not accept Money Orders or personal checks at this time.  Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping and Handling: Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs.

Buyer pays all fees, which are based on zip code and weight.  For items under 2 lbs. we recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise will ship within 3 - 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders shipped to US and Canada ONLY - bids from other countries will not be accepted.

Sorry, but our systems and operations do not enable us to accommodate combined shipping. If you purchase multiple items from us, they will arrive in separate packages. Please understand that this is our policy, and bid accordingly.

Q. Do you end auctions early? A. No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration.

Q. What will my shipping and handling fees be?  A. To find shipping and handling costs for your item, scroll down on the auction page and click on the green checkbox next to the iSold It truck. Type in your zip code, and you will see your shipping and handling fees.

Q. Can you ship outside of the United States? A. We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship to Canada for an extra handling fee of $2.00 per item.

Q. Do you take money orders or checks? A. No, we do not. We only accept PayPal.

Q. Can you send me additional photos of the item? A. Unfortunately, due to the number of items we handle we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
