Description of Resort:
This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa (timeshare) for rent in the heart of the Las
Vegas Strip. The condo is right behind the Las Vegas Flamingo Hotel and you share
all the amenities for the hotel, such as pool. This week that is up for rent is
the week that the "International Consumer Electronics Show
(CES)" will be in Vages.
There is a monorail station right by
the villa (station #13) and you can ride it to the
Converntion Center (Station #26).
So access to the Converntion center is really easy and convienent.
Accoss the road from the Flamingo Hotel and Casino is Caesar's Place and Casino on the one corner, Bally's Hotel and Casino on the other corner
and the Bellagio Hotel and Casino on the 3rd Corner. With the Paris Hotel and Aladdin Hotel are a short 10 minute walk.

From I-15 exit Flamingo Rd East past Las Vegas Blvd. Turn left onAudrie, take 1st left, right into HGVC driveway.
Important Timeshare Rental Information:
Timeshare works very similiar to the way you rent a hotel room. You pay for the room at
a fixed rate/price and in addition you will have to pay for incidentals. (eg Telephone
calls, room service, food, parking, valet parking, etc).
Apon check-in at the resort you will need your resevation number, drivers license, and
credit card at check-in. The credit card is needed for incidentals that you might or
might not use during your stay at the resort.
When staying at a timeshare condo for a week, you will only have room service once
or maybe twice depending on the resort.
You will not have the bathroom towels or your bed linen changed every day as in a
hotel. You can have this done every day if you wish, but it will most likely be an
additional charge and it is not covered in the weekly rate. This will be an additional
charge to you for extra room cleanings during your stay.
When you check in please find out what days they will be cleaning your room and what you
need to do if you want your towels replaced with clean/fresh towels. If you want your
towels replaced on the day they do a cleaning - from my experience you will most likely
place them on the floor in the bathroom and when they clean they will be replaced with
clean/fresh towels. If you have them hanging up on the towel rail or over the shower
door or shower curtain - they will not be replaced with clean towels.
If you use the kitchen - all the dirty plates, knives and forks you will have to wash.
The full kitchens will most likely come with a dish washer. If you dont have any more
dish washer soap - ask the front desk for some more.
Most timeshare units that have 1 or more bedrooms will most likely come with a washer
and dryer that you can do washing with.

from closing date and Payment must be received within 7 days from the end of

Postage Information:
Shipping to be Free. I will mail out or email you the reservation details for the rental
within 7 - 10 business days of confirming payment.
Refunds & Returns:
There are no refunds, all sales are final. Cannot change dates as some of these
timeshares have no other availability. The dates are also booked 9 months to
12 months ahead of time and are very hard to change because of availability
at the resort.
