Fleece Artist Hand dyed wool yarn PENCIL SKIRT knit kit

New from Fleece Artist! PENCIL SKIRT knitting kit!

This kit is for knitting a long skirt of hand dyed Ottawa yarn. Ottawa is a tweedy wool yarn, blended with a bit (8%) of viscose. It knits to a gauge of 5 sts to the inch on size 4mm needles, US size 6. The kit has FOUR skeins of yarn that are 125g, 300m each, for a total 500g of yarn. This is hand washable yarn.

The pattern includes a great new invisible hem joining technique. It is simple and gives a very neat result. The kit will make any of three sizes, for hip measurements, 36, 40 or 44 inches.

If you don't want such a long skirt, you could make a shorter one, and use the rest of the yarn for a matching top-a vest would be a wonderful accessory to the skirt! 

You can also make the SHORELINES JACKET from ILGA LEJA up to size L with this amount of yarn. SHORELINES pattern may be purchased separately in my eBay store.

The colorway of this kit is EBONY.
