The Flexi Retractable Classic Long Cord Leash is a remarkable German invention that fits comfortably in your hand and operates easily with no discomfort for you or your pet. Just hold the leash by the hand grip. The 16-foot cord will run in and out without sagging, giving your pet complete freedom of movement. Use your thumb to press the ergonomically designed brake button to control your dog. Lift your thumb to release the button and let the belt run in and out again. The brake lock lets you stop the leash at any length you like. To operate the lock, simply thumb the brake button down and push it forward. It releases just as easily. Flexi’s patented 1-hand-operated braking/retracting system will never let you down. For Small-sized dogs up to approximately 26 pounds. No assembly required.

RETURN POLICY:
  • All returns have to be authorized by the seller.  In order to get your return authorized, please, e-mail the seller (support@scelectronic.com) and provide your name, user ID and details of the transaction as well as the reason for the return (detailed). The seller will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • The RMA# has to be clearly written on the INVOICE buyer received with the order (required).
  • All Items are sold with a 30 day seller warranty for DEFECTIVE items. Note: Items that are defective will be replaced, or purchase price refunded not including shipping charges, based on seller evaluation. Buyer pays for the return shipping cost.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE items have to be returned in unopened boxes within 10 days from receiving a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The buyer will receive a partial refund (minus shipping cost and minus 15% restock fee) and has to cover return shipping cost.
