Definition of Condition

USED ITEMS – THESE ARE ITEMS THAT ARE IN VARIOUS STATES OF USE.  SEE PHOTOGRAPH FOR DETAILS.

UNUSED ITEMS – THESE ARE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED BUT MAY HAVE SLIGHT COSMETIC FLAWS.  FOR EXAMPLE, MINOR SURFACE SCRATCHES ON PLASTICS DUE TO STORAGE.

NEW – ITEMS THAT MAY BE REPRODUCTIONS, ARE UNUSED, AND DO NOT EXHIBIT FLAWS.

NOS – ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND ARE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.

Warranties

Used items – no warranty expressed or implied.  Sold AS-IS.

Unused, New, and NOS Items–we warrant that the item will adhere to the definition above regarding unused, new or NOS items and will not be DOA where applicable

If I choose to accept a warranty claim, it will be done at my discretion.  In the event that a refund is issued, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damage by carrier is not my responsibility; you must make your claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc).

Payment

The following payment rules apply:

-          I accept PayPal or Postal Money Order payments ONLY.

-          NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED OUTSIDE OF PAYPAL.

-          On a PayPal payment, we will only ship to a confirmed shipping address.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you need the item shipped to an alternate address, you must pay by Postal Money Order.

-           If you don't like the payment terms, don't bid or buy.

-          Please note:  If you ship to a Texas address, you will be subject to 7.25% sales tax.

 

Auction Items

I reserve the right to cancel bids by bidders with excessive negative feedback at my discretion.  I reserve the right to consider the auction void and not award the item if a bid retraction or cancellation for any reason occurs in the last 12 hours of the auction, unless the cancellation was performed by eBay or me.
