All pre-owned vacuums are guaranteed to perform as stated upon arrival.  All pre-owned vacuums have been disassembled, serviced, cleaned, sanitized and will arrive at your door clean unless noted. 

All bags, filters, parts and supplies are new and unused.  Seller will not be held responsible for inaccurate product orders.  If you purchase a product that does not fit your item,  you may return the item for store credit.  We do not refund shipping charges for returned items.
