SHIPPING:  All items are shipped from our New York warehouse.  Our shipping prices include cost for postage and handling.  Contact us if you would like to pick up your item.  Some items are available for pickup from our warehouse.

RETURNS:  If an item is not as described please be in touch.  We will do what it takes to make it right.  Any item that is not as described may be returned for a full refund.  Please contact us and make arrangements for the return.  Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
