Flora, The Hare of Serenity, by Brass Button Collectables


Flora is hand crafted and a fully jointed hare.  Suitable for ages 5 and up. Dressed in a carrot covered sun dress and funky burlap hat to match, she is adorable.  Your little girl will surely love her!

*  I started collecting these bears several years ago, but they all look more like what a girl would like and I only have one grandson.  So I'm giving up my collection of four (see the others listed from my collection).

*  Approximately 8 inches tall when seated.

*  Glass button eyes and the brass button located on her hat..

*  The manufacturer's tag still attached to her paw.

*  She is adorable!

* The legend of the Brass Button Collection:  Legend has it that for one hundred years Princess Glendora's secret of Good Luck was known only to the villagers near her castle.  It is said that Glendora's life was changed forever after receiving a mysterious gift of an ancient chest.  She opened it to find eight charming animals, each with a shiny brass button fastened to it.  Soon thereafter, wonderful things began to happen in Glendora's life.  Word quickly spread that the animals were magical.  And whoever would rub the brass button would experience a special kind of luck from each of the eight: joy, love, happiness, health, wealth, serenity, friendship and long life.
