This is an amazing book full of beautiful Japanese birds and flowers. It is one of the best collections I have come across - an excellent book for tattooist - tons of cranes, peacocks, phoenix, mandrin ducks, swallows, sparrows and full of mums, sakura, bamboo, pine needles, peony....it has it all in full color, full page illustrations. It is a collection of images from Kyoto kimono, famed for their intricacy and composition. It is a beautiful hardcover, appx. 7" x 10" and 208 pages - predominately artwork - only 5 pages of text in the whole book!!!  This is a brilliant compilation and would be a great addition to anyone collecting Japanese kimono art, or interested it traditional Japanese design. Please email with questions and familiarize yourself with the shipping fees as I am shipping from Tokyo.
