Fluance Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty
Fluance guarantees your investment in our products is a solid one! Careful thought, research, planning and design goes into every product we make. High performance components combined with quality craftmanship allow us to maintain the highest possible production standards. Our quality control is extremely extensive. All items are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftmanship. If something should go wrong with any of our products, we will repair it free of charge!
All Fluance products come with a complete lifetime parts and labor manufacturer's direct warranty. This excludes Fluance powered subwoofers, which come with a complete 2 year parts and labor manufacturer's direct warranty.
If in any situation your purchase from Fluance displays a manufacturer's defect and does not function correctly during the warranty period, Fluance will repair your product and cover all parts and labor costs. Does not include damaged goods due to abuse or misuse.
Products returned to Fluance for warranty service must be shipped prepaid (paid by the customer). Fluance will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.
Your warranty registration is automatic and is processed by us when you place your order directly with us (no additional paperwork required beyond a copy of your invoice). All returns require return authorization and you will receive complete instructions with the authorization.
We value our customers and offer our generous return policy and warranty because of the confidence we have in our products!
